Stock Items 

Stock items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. Your refund will be issued after we receive your items, and will be issued via your original payment method within 2 business days of receipt. Tracking and insurance are highly encouraged on returned parcels.

Seasonal Items 

All seasonal items can be returned within 30 days or by the “Return by Date,” whichever comes first. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. Custom Items

As all custom products are made to order, we do not accept returns. All custom orders are considered final sale. (Unfortunately, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.)

 

In the event that your order was misprinted/damaged/defective, these items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. We’ll work with you to find the best resolution.
